Shelly's Images Challenge

Hello my friends!
I'm actually in Kansas with Shelly Parker (Shelly's Images) and I'm catching a flight back home to Ohio later this morning.  We have had an AMAZING couple of days together and I'm sad to be leaving so soon.

Today's challenge at Shelly's Images is Tic-Tac-Toe ...

and will run from 6:00 am today to 12 noon on October 17th.
We'd love to have you come play along!

And, for today's challenge, the design team is featuring Shelly's "GRAVE INVITATION" digi stamp set.  Wait until you see what the team has come up with to inspire you!  I tell you ... these girls are really putting the pressure on me!! LOL!!  I'd better 'step it up'!

My tic-tac-toe choice is:  Ribbon ... Embossing ... Digi

Here are the items used on my creation:
Paper:  Black, orange, white cardstock
Ink:  Momento 'bamboo shoots' (used to color the leaf branches), Ranger Archival 'coffee' ink (used to ink the embossing folder to make the brick wall background)
Accessories:  Sizzix- Tim Holtz 'brick wall' embossing folder,  Cricut 'Doodle Charms' cartridge spider, pop dot, Michael's Happy Halloween satin ribbon, Cheery Lynn Designs B147-Olive Branches die, Prismacolor markers

Other qualifying challenges are:
Craft Us Crazy - Halloween and/or Anything Goes
Pixie Dust Studios - Anything Goes
Addicted to Stamps and More - Halloween
Stampavie and More #17 - Halloween
Perfect Sentiments Challenge - Halloween w/pop of color

I sure hope you'll come join in the fun!  Halloween is right around the corner ... yikes!  You know what that means ...  yep!  We'll be singing Jingle Bells before you know it!!

Have a fabulous day!!

  2. awww....:( Already time for you to go home. Thanks for this amazing creation!!!! I love the coloring and the spider is at least a nice spider...not a scary creepy spider like the one that skittered across the deck table the other night. :)
